Unfortunately!! Fortunately! my both children and I were in a car accident this past Thanksgiving weekend 2020. So we had to start physically therapy 3 times a week! So glad we picked RBNY! The whole staff, doctors and office are amazing. All the updated equipment available and physical therapy session are on point. You can have your treatments in a group atmosphere or private setting whichever is comfortable and convenient for you. The music is pretty cool also.
This place was phenomenal! Very friendly, and helpful staff. Fun and upbeat, you don't even feel like you're doing therapy while there. Located right in the middle of Rockaway with street parking, and a big driveway in the back so you really never have to worry about parking. If you live in Rockaway, you'll most likely walk in and see some of your friends while there. Lots of friends have gone here as well and all enjoyed it.
I called RBNY Physical Therapy because they have Saturday hours, which I needed since I work in the City and don't want to go in late to work 2 days during the week. Katie C. listened to my whole story with my knees, and determined what I needed right away. She's very thorough and provides things in her treatment that other PTs don't (from talking with friends). Katie and the entire staff are so nice and friendly and make you feel really comfortable. It's easy to make appointments, and when I had to change my appointment, it was no problem.
Our entire family has completed physical therapy at this office and its wonderful! The staff is amazing and so caring! I was able to bring my grandmother in her wheelchair with no problem. They even have free parking which was great. I highly recommend Katie C and her office for anyone in the area looking for physical therapy!
